SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping and Delivery
We will supply only the goods shown on your paid completed order confirmation. We will deliver your product (s) to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation.
Delivery Cost
Delivery costs will be calculated for your order by our shopping cart for your convenience.
We do have some express delivery options available as well if you require your order urgently. Express shipping is available only in certain areas.
Standard and express shipping are subject to different fees and charges.
You may qualify for FREE delivery on your order. Depending on current promotions.
Please note that promotional shipping or price offers do not apply to bulky orders.
Delivery of your Product and Delivery Time
Most orders are shipped in 1 to 3 business days from payment being received in full, at which time you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped and informing you of the tracking information so that you can follow your delivery online.
Should there be a delay with sending your order you will be notified as soon as possible. We will use our best endeavors to meet stated timeframes for delivery.
Once your order leaves us transit time will vary depending on the destination of your order and the method with which it was shipped, generally orders take between 1 and 10 business days.
Please Note: In some remote/regional areas our carriers can only deliver items to the nearest transport depot. In these instances you will receive notification that your delivery is available for your collection from the transport depot.
All delivery timeframes are approximate and are subject to variables outside of our control. If you have a specific delivery deadline please contact us and we will make arrangements with you wherever possible to meet your requirements. From time to time particularly during busy periods, our shipping service providers may suffer delays beyond our control. All transit loss is at your own risk.
If no one is present when the order arrives and it is being delivered by Australia Post, they may leave a notification in the mail box for you to pick up your parcel in your local Post Office. If your item is delivered by Fastway, Allied Express or another courier company, they may leave a notification in the mail box to pick up at your local drop point. A re-delivery cost will occur if you are not home.
Unattended Delivery Addresses & Authority to Leave
Deliveries are generally made Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. As such we recommend you use a business address or an address where you or someone you designate will be available to sign for your delivery. A signature may be required for some delivery, and you are responsible for ensuring you are able to accept delivery. We will not be held liable for late delivery where attempted delivery has occurred on or before the delivery time-frames or a parcel has been signed for delivery has occurred.
Parcel/s 500g or under will be sent as Authority to Leave (permission for your parcel/s to be left somewhere near the front door).
If there is no one available to sign for your delivery and your parcel/s will be returned to the nearest depot for you to collect. Re-delivery can usually be arranged however this will normally incur an additional charge to the buyer.
Delivery Methods
We use with several national delivery companies including (but not limited to) AusPost, Toll IPEC, Fastways Couriers & Couriers Please to deliver our products around Australia. The services available and used for your order will depend on the destination, size & weight of the items and delivery timeframe.
We reserve the right to change, modify or discontinue any delivery options at our absolute discretion.
Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to or incur a extra delivery charge. We will contact you if this is the case.
PO Box & Parcel Locker Deliveries
Some orders we are unable to deliver to PO Box’s or Parcel Lockers due to restrictions put in place by AusPost on parcel sizes.
If you provide us with a PO Box or Parcel Locker delivery address and we are unable to deliver your order to it we will contact you as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.
International Delivery
Delivery is only available within Australia for our customers as we do not currently ship Internationally.
